From application to funded, without the runaround
Here is exactly what happens after you hit submit, what we look at, and what we'll need from you.
You submit a short application
Business name, contact details, monthly revenue, and the amount you're looking for. It takes about three minutes and there's no fee. You'll also check the consent boxes that let us call, email, and pull the reports we need to underwrite.
You send three months of bank statements
Full PDF statements from your business checking account — all pages, not screenshots or summaries. You can attach them to the application or email them to phil@vandamcapitalgroup.com. Requests above roughly $150,000 may also need a driver's license, a voided check, and recent financials.
We underwrite the file
We read the statements: average deposits, deposit count and consistency, average daily balance, negative days and NSFs, and any existing advances or obligations already debiting the account. We may pull business and personal credit and verify basic business information. This is where an honest answer about existing positions saves everyone time.
You get a decision — either way
Complete files are reviewed the same business day. If we can fund it, you get the amount, the structure, the term, the remittance schedule, and the total cost, and we walk through it with you. If we can't, we tell you why and what would need to change.
Contracts, verification, funding
Agreements are signed electronically. We complete verification — typically a bank login or statement confirmation and a short call — and funds go out by wire or ACH. Many deals fund within one to two business days of approval, though timing varies with how fast items come back.
What we need from you
Always
- Completed application
- 3 months of business bank statements (all pages, PDF)
- Accurate disclosure of existing advances or loans
Sometimes
- Photo ID for the owner or signer
- Voided business check
- Recent P&L, balance sheet, or tax return
- Copies of existing funding agreements
A note on what we can and can't promise. Nothing on this page is an approval or an offer. Every timeline described here assumes a complete file and prompt responses, and every funding decision is subject to underwriting, verification, and signed agreements. If a funder ever guarantees you an approval before reading your statements, that's a reason to walk away — from them or from us.
Have the statements ready?
Send them over and we'll come back with a real answer.
